Thank you for choosing Beste Bank Pro Area. By registering to the Beste Bank platform, application, service, websites and software applications or using its services in any way, you enter into a binding contract with ST Production Company (Beste Bank). After adding your works, you give the digital publishing rights to Beste Bank. You cannot use it in this form in another company or remove it from the system. With the contract you make with us, you start earning income from our producer rights.

Your contract with us is at least one (1) year. If the contract is terminated by you before the end of one year, you will cease to earn income (except for Mesam MSG) and you will waive your previous period earnings. Even if the contract ends, your works will continue to be published on digital platforms on behalf of Beste Bank. You will continue to receive your earnings from Mesam MSG. These Terms of Use (“Pro Terms of Use”) include our Privacy Policy and any applicable additional terms that apply to your interaction with each specific Service (collectively, “Agreements”). Please read these documents carefully. You declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Agreements and agree to be bound by them and to provide consent (permission documents) when requested. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) the Agreements applicable to the services with which you interact, do not access or use the Beste Bank Service.

If you open an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, (a) "you" includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all permissions and licenses provided herein.
