As ST Production company, we created this platform for composers and songwriters, who are music workers, to further announce and sell their works. Our goal is to help composers and songwriters make their voices heard.

Participation in the composition bank is free. The Letters of Consent given by the composers and songwriters in the composition bank to ST Yapım are for publishing the works of composers/lyricists on digital platforms.

​

Composers/lyricists' compositions/lyrics can only be used in albums after sales permissions are obtained from the composers/lyricists through ST Yapım if there is a demand for the compositions and lyrics.

It is possible for anyone who wishes to add compositions/lyrics to this platform.

​

Composers and songwriters who want to add works can add their works and exhibit them for sale by becoming a member of the Beste Bank website.

​

Composers/lyricists who are members of the Beste Bank application and add works will submit a letter of consent if there is demand for their works and the price they set is accepted by the buyer. They are deemed to have automatically accepted this obligation when they become members of the site.

 

If the compositions/lyrics of composers/lyricists who have given their consent to sell their works are sold on this platform through Beste Bank, a 15% commission is charged from the artist (lyrics/composition) in proportion to the sold value.

The account of the composer and songwriter who does not comply with the agreement will be closed and the content added to date will be deleted.

In cases where sales are made through Beste Bank, the composer/lyricist accepts the service fee he is obliged to pay in advance when he becomes a member of the site, and in case of dispute, the means of taking legal action and seeking his rights come into play.

 

In case the sales procedure starts through Beste Bank, after the owner of the work is notified via written e-mail, WhatsApp and SMS that he is a buyer/bidder of the work, after the seller and the buyer deactivate the system and determine whether they have reached an agreement with each other, all correspondence and transactions during the sales process will be completed. You accept in advance that we have the right to follow this process legally with documents and to protect our company with a lawsuit for financial compensation in case an unfair transaction is detected (in case the author and the buyer contact each other after our notifications).

After the detection of external agreements made outside Beste Bank (after pre-sales negotiations that occurred as a result of our contact) and by disabling Beste Bank with a fee other than the sales fee specified in Beste Bank, to prevent legal action and as a sign of good faith, The bank receipt of this agreement is submitted and it is possible to compensate (on the condition that it is not repeated) by paying 15% of this amount to Beste Bank.

Every user who is a member of Beste Bank assumes responsibility for the content they add to the system. The member is responsible for all actions taken to add and sell someone else's work. Beste Bank does not accept any responsibility in this regard, the user accepts in advance that this responsibility lies with him when he becomes a member of the site.

Content added to the Beste Bank is added for promotional purposes and with the composer/lyricist's own consent, and no financial demands can be made from the Beste Bank due to the publication or exhibition of this content.

Beste Bank Digital Earning members accept in advance that they have given their consent to publish their works to Beste Bank with the Pro domain Membership form, and with the identity information provided in this form and the wet signature photograph added, their works are intended to earn digital income through Beste Bank (ST Production Company). It allows it to be published on digital platforms. This income is the digital platform revenues realized periodically and given to ST Yapı after deducting taxes and deductions. Digital Profit payments calculated on the remaining amount after deductions and taxes are the part that is excluded from the 25% ST Yapım distribution right deducted from this amount.

 

If the works sent for Digital Earnings have been previously uploaded to these platforms by another company, the owner of the work cannot claim additional rights from the Beste Bank, as the digital rights arising from this work will be paid to this company.
